Eligibility

Students and Staff of University of London and universities in the London area are eligible to play for the Club.

Four types of membership are available:

The following players qualify for Full Membership:

1. •A registered ‘internal’ student of the University of London, which means you are studying, full time or part time, at one of the colleges of the University of London. See the full list here.
   

2. •An Honorary Life member of ULU. An Honorary member of ULU.
   

Each player needs to obtain a ULU Membership Card from reception at ULU – this is FREE.

Documents required: current student card + photo.

    1.    Full Members

Players, who are studying in non University of London institutions, as well as all members of staff of any institution in London are classified as Associate Members. A ULU Associate Membership Card can to be obtained from ULU reception at ULU – this costs £20.

Documents required: current student/staff card + photo.

    2.    Associate Members

Players who have played for the club and in the year immediately following graduation only are eligible to play and all BUIHA games. Players must provide a copy of their graduation certificate.

    3.    BUIHA Alumni

Players who have played for the club and have graduated over 1 year prior to start of season – players can register with the Club but are not eligible to play in any BUIHA games/competitions.

In order to register and play for the Club players must submit the following documents in electronic form:

1. ★Student Card of University enrolled in / Staff card
   

2. ★ULU membership Card – for information regarding the card click here
   

3. ★Passport/Driving License
   

4. ★Certificate of Graduation – Alumni members only
   

The documents must be scanned and saved in the following format: Your_Name_ULU_1.jpg
